Ordering
We do our best to keep products in stock and available at all times. If a product is showing as temporarily out of stock, you will not be able to place this item in your shopping cart.
It should also display a date when stock will be available to purchase, please check back in on that date to order again or order a suitable substitute from the range. Alternatively, you can click into the product and select ‘notify me’. From here you can enter your email address and when the item is in stock you will receive an email.
Note that the stock availability displayed online is inline with our warehouse and is the same stock available via phone order.

For most products purchased from our stock range (not customised), the minimum order quanity (MOQ) is one carton, however Minimum Order Values for distributors will apply. Our distributors sell by the carton, and some also sell by the individual sleeve. Please refer the to Technical Data for 'Minimum Order Quantity-Stock' and 'Minimum Order Quantity-Custom'. If the data is not available please Contact Us or your Detpak representative. Please note the MOQ for custom products is listed as 'From' as the MOQ varies depending on several factors, including number of colours of the print.
Use the top menu to choose your store before starting your order as changing your store will clear your shopping cart. At checkout, select from your saved addresses in the address drop down.
You can add one email address at the checkout in the Delivery column where it says ‘send a copy of the order confirmation to this additional email address’. They will receive a copy of the order confirmation.

Yes. After you have added items to your cart, you can choose a previous order and select ‘reorder’. You will be given a choice to keep items or clear the cart and add your reorder. If you keep the items and you also have the same items in your reorder, the quantity of that item in your cart will increase.
Likewise, you can reorder first and then add more to your cart.
Your cart will clear when changing stores so that your order doesn't include any extra items by mistake. You have the choice to keep the cart for the store you were shopping for and complete that order first, or switch to your other store and start again.
In stock means that the item is in stock in your country, either at the Detpak warehouse or at one of our distributor partners. The current stock level is kept up to date on our website, and if your item is out of stock, you can still add it to a quote request or Contact Us to see when it will be back in stock.
Yes, you can continue to build your cart after you have added products from a previous order.
